Complex issues are never easy to solve and almost always extend beyond organizational and sector boundaries. You need to think beyond the traditional way of convening to move beyond incremental solutions.
Designing and facilitating impactful meetings is my passion: collaborating with organizational & coalition leaders to convene the right group of leaders and stakeholders to develop (then implement) the most effective strategies during multi-day summits or extended engagements lasting 3, 6, or 9 months.
I’ve facilitated highly successful summits and multi-stakeholder dialogues ranging in size from several dozen to several hundred stakeholders on various issues, including:

developing a multi-agency citywide anti-bullying policy

establishing a multistakeholder process to change a county’s development review procedure

organizing a 3-day global biodiversity summit in Brussels with representatives from 27 countries

convening a national summit on K-12 and higher education partnerships.
